We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, sizing, colors, and images. However, due to variations in monitors and the custom nature of print to order and custom design products, slight differences in color or placement may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Print-to-Order and custom print items begin production immediately after purchase. Because each item is made to order, orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before the item ships.
*Amazon book purchases follow Amazon’s fulfillment and delivery policies.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including physical products, books, and digital items.
Exchanges may be available only for:

Shipping Policy

Print-to-Order/custom print items require time for production before shipping.
Typical processing time:
3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
*Books purchased from Amazon follow Amazon’s processing and delivery timelines.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping windows:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs clearance, or holiday demand.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Reshipping fees if an order is returned because of an address error

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Books sold through Amazon are shipped and delivered exclusively by Amazon.
