Terms & Conditions

Order Processing

All merchandise items are made-to-order through Print-on-Demand partners. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

  • Shipping times vary by product, location, and carrier.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once available.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

Returns/Exchanges

We provide exchanges within 14 days only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, please provide:

  • A photo of the item and issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Books Purchased via Amazon

Books are sold and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon. All returns/exchanges must be requested directly through Amazon’s system.

Order Cancellations

Because Print-on-Demand items begin production immediately, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly.
